Knight’s Song pt.2

On the road, the knight sang to pass the time. Where he was going, he was passing a neighboring kingdom. In that kingdom was a princess and at the time the knight was passing by; the princess was at her window, and could hear the knight sing. The song that the knight sang was magical to the princess, even if it was a simple traveling song. The way the knight sang such a simple sang in such a whimsical way made the princess want to hear more. By then, the knight was slowly getting out of hearing distance and in desperation the princess rushed to the king and asked for a search for the musical man that passed by, at the time she did not know that he was a knight. The searched started and men all around came to see if they were the musical man she seeks. They also came because they heard the rumors of her beauty and her lovely voice. Each of the men that came to sing to the princess, were sent away because they weren’t her musical man. She slowly started losing hope that she would ever find her musical man.

      One day a wizard came…..

The Storm

The storm

The moon glows on the waves of tomorrow
Lilies sway in the hand of the captain
The ship runs to the curve of the earth
And the crew underneath sleep like babes
With a crow watching high above
For a storm that can shake the ocean
That darkens the sky
And cover the stars that shine like fireflies

When lilies drop to the water below
And the captain’s at the helm
With sails that grab the wind
And lanterns that flicker to see
With every toss and turn
And with every splash that hits you

Every strike of light lets you see
the drowned wood beneath
And every crash jumps your heart
That screams in your ear
Wishing to be heard over the howling
With droplet that beat down on faces.
That look for the lily moon behind the dark clouds.
For a crow that leads to land in the endless abyss.

Tomorrow comes when lilies to the water below.
And the captain’s at the helm
With sails that grab at the wind
And lanterns that flicker to see
With every toss and turn
And every splash that hits you.

Gone

My tattered soul
My half dead heart
They dream of flying
But they stay in a cage
To hurt to move
And I can’t seem to save myself

Why does love hurt
Why does it miss you
I shouldn’t be feeling
I know I’ll get hurt
When I see your not there

Light beams hit close to the cliff of despair
Watching the letters drift from the cliff
Asking “where were you when I need you”

My mending soul
My half alive heart
They dream of soaring
But for now they walk the cold ground
Still healing to move
I’m one step away from saving myself

Why do I need love
Why should it miss you
I won’t feel pain no more
I know my strength now
When I see I don’t need you

Light beams hit close to the cliff of despair
Landing on a flower blooming on it’s edge
Giving hope to me down below

My whole soul
My healed heart
The dream of blue sky’s
And they fly that big blue sky
With the cage far behind
Now it looks like I saved myself

Why should I rush the future
Why should I worry about the future
I’ll find love again
But this time I’ll conquer it
So I’ll goodbye for good

Light beams hit close to a hole of despair
Landing on a meadow of beautiful flowers
Giving me a way to give hope to others

The Knight’s Song pt. 1

There once was a knight, who was the king’s best knightsmen. He was the only knight, who was able to use any weapon, and solve any problem. He had a passion though, for singing and everyone in town loved it when he would sung. He would walk to the castle and he would sometimes sing to pass the time. Those that could hear him would stop and listen. When he wasn’t sword fighting, he was playing with kids, or helping people. In the castle, the king would send him to other kingdoms to straighth their ties, or to entertain them at a party because his singing was highly desired. So, when he went to the castle today, the king told him to go to a far kingdom and straighth their ties.

On the road, the knight sang to pass the time. Where he was going, he was passing a neighboring kingdom. In that kingdom was a princess and at the time the knight was passing by, the princess was at her window, and could hear the knight sing….
